Frequently asked questions

Do I need a new website?

No. From the Professional plan, we install the booking engine on your current website and optimize it. If you'd like a new site, we quote it separately.

Does it work with my PMS?

The system connects to your PMS to read availability and create bookings. It already runs in production with Smoobu; on the call we'll review yours.

Which languages does it reply in?

It replies in whatever language the guest writes in. Stay messages go out in English or Spanish depending on the booking.

Who owns the data?

You do. The platform is a service provided by Infinet Solutions and you use it while the service is active, but your business's data and your guests' data always belong to you.

Can I start small?

Yes. You can start on Base or Essential and move up when you need to, without losing anything already set up.
